Gas central heating with an electric fire. Electric oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, eco drying rail, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking and secure bike storage. Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Pubs, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk and the lake within a 10 minute walk. Note: The property does not accept children under 11 years old.

Bowness-on-Windermere is an appealing town, situated within the Lake District National Park. Here, you will find a good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and attractions to suit all. Such attractions include taking a boast tip on Windermere Lake, the World of Beatrix Potter attraction and the Old Laundry theatre. Moreover, the villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Troutbeck are a short drive away.

"We were one of the first set of guests to stay in the newly built Quarry End property. Can't recommend this highly enough, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had enough parking for our two cars which is a rarity right in the centre of Bowness. It was extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a few days and even longer, and the fresh cakes, biscuits and array of teas, coffees and hot chocolates was a lovely touch. Being new, everything has been built and decorated to a very high standard and the house had all the mod cons. The owner was very helpful too when I had a question before arriving and was on hand if needed."
