"This property is perfectly situated and has huge potential but unfortunately has been neglected, The courtyard and garden were overgrown and uninviting, odd bits of garden furniture were left around but nearly all of them were broken. Cupboards were black with mould (as was the window frames in the back bedroom) Expel air near the hot tub was broken, lights above the hot tub were rusty and did not work. The hot tub itself was cloudy and smelly and the hot tub area and the house smelled of damp. The kitchen cupboards and utensils were dirty, with great clumps of hair/fur in one of the drawers. The settee in the sitting room was very uncomfortable due to the springs having gone in both corners. Unsuitable for young children due to precarious staircase. Yes it is cheap but pay the extra or stay at home - it is dirty, damp and depressing"
"Wonderful views beautiful cottages a relaxing stay in this beautiful part of Wales. Loved everything."
"Lovely, comfortable and we'll equipped cottage for our recent week's stay. Perfectly placed to tour the locality. Lincoln, Boston both good to visit as are Aviation Heritage Centre and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. We received a very warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, and Helen's wonderful meals are huge bonus."
"My son and I had a lovely holiday here. We were both impressed by the apartment. It was beautifully maintained and furnished, with every convenience provided. We would recommend it to others, and would rent it again if we were staying in the area. We would not recommend the Runswick Bay hotel for food."
"Stayed here for a short break in 2015 and absolutely loved it. Is the cottage still available, would live to return later this year!"
"We have just returned early from this place lasted 3 nights of 7 ,,,the garden is over grown there is mold on the walls in the bedroom and the kitchen, the bathroom walls are soaking wet all day and night with condensation , we had to clean the oven before we could use it as the fire alarm went off whenever it was turned on.....And when you try to contact the owners both phones just go to answer phone.......ONE TO AVOID....."
"I have already emailed you my thoughts on our stay at Harvest |Moon Cottage.....you need to touch base with your website. Our stay was wonderful......my daughter and I only have positive and good things to say about out stay there. Check out your emails! Carole."
"This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in. It is in a splendid location with lovely surroundings. views and places of interest including many distilleries ! It is quiet and peaceful with wildlife to look out for in the surrounding fields and , at this time of year , the lambs. The bungalow is very well equipped with all that you could want and more. It is cosy, very clean and well appointed. The furnishings are of good quality with comfortable seating and beds. The owners just across the way were welcoming and helpful. They checked to see if everything was all right but otherwise were unobtrusive , although on hand if we needed them. It was a delightful week with good weather ( woke up to snow on Tuesday ! ) but , if the weather is not too good there are plenty of properties and museums nearby to visit We would recommend a visit to Ballindalloch castle just down the road from Bogairn. It is a delight and so interesting with very friendly, helpful people. I have some mobility difficulties but this property was easy for me to access and move around in. We will certainly hope to visit again as there is still so much to see in this area. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Allen for a very pleasant stay."
"The cottage at Robins nest is very welcoming. We have been many times and loved the peace and tranquility. In the heart of the countryside yet a short drive to wickham market for shops etc. The cottage is very comfortable, all sorts of wildlife can be watched from the conservatory where we have spent many happy hours with binoculars and coffees!"

"The cottage was lovely, on a lovely farm with very helpful owners who were willing to help and advise you in anyway they could :) Set in a great location not too far from local attractions"
"Lovely comfortable cottage, although a little tired in places. could do with decoration and some attention to cleaning high up areas. Good location. Visited two days after Christmas for a New Year break so some Christmas decorations would have been nice. Could not use Hot tub as no cover or garden umbrella and it was mostly wet weather - disappointing as we have a hot tub at home under a cover which we use all year. The local pub was nice however you had to travel by car. Walking was not an option sure to no footpaths. In summer I believe you can walk across the field to the edge of the river then along the river. This was not an option for us in wet cold weather. The garden was secure which helped with the dogs as we could not walk them far."
"The cottage was comfortable and a fab central location for the Forest of Dean. £25 fee for having a dog but definitely worth it. The site was very dog friendly and it had a paddock and a gate that lead straight into the forest. This meant it was brilliant for letting our dog have off lead runs . They also provided a poo bin so we werent stuck with poo bags until we went off site. Village pub is about 10-15 mins walk from site and is also dog friendly."
"We arrived at Misty Waters on 17th August and stayed for a week. Upon arrival, I must say the whole surroundings took my breath away. The lodge itself has everything you could want to make your stay a very comfortable one. Everything was included. There were fresh laid eggs, milk in the fridge, tea/coffee/sugar. There was a couple of bottles of wine, fresh flowers on the dining table. Its little touches like this which make a wonderful holiday. The fishing lake right outside the lodge is gorgeous and well stocked. My husband and sons caught many fish and were all very content and relaxed. There are many places to go including Bude which has a lovely beach. Theme parks were reasonably priced as was everything. I loved Torrington, the Civil War tour. Most interesting. I would highly recommend Misty Waters to anybody. The owners are great people and really know how to make you feel welcome."
"The cottage was immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished and presented. Mrs Daniels was lovely and made us very welcome. There were flowers, wine, chocs and kids games and colouring, lovely reference books, and a lot of thought has obviously been put into this home."
"The Orchard Bungalow, Cheddar provided us with excellant, comfortable accommodation, exactly as described in the brochure. The bedrooms were well furnished, providing good storage for clothing and very comfortable beds. The kitchen provided very good quality cooking utensils, a goodly amount of crockery with a few bits and pieces not often found in holiday homes in general. The bathrooms were excellant and the lounge was very comfortable and spacious. The location was quite central for exploring Somerset with many places of interest in a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and happy to be of service should there be any problems during the holiday We would be happy to recommend this cottage to our friends and return ourselves for another Somerset holiday."
"Having experienced a week's holiday in this beautifully equipped property. Hosted by the loveliest people. We feel the need to share our experience with others. Any one booking this property will not be disappointed. Natural beauty surrounds you. Fantastic location (everything n more you could wish for)."

"Great rural location , but just 6 miles from Durham. Very friendly owners, scones on arrival, great safe play area for younger children, games room for older ones. Lovely accommodation, very clean, very comfortable, beds all made up, lots of towels. Good info pack, with shops etc, great little maps highlighting things in relation to holiday property."
"Perfect quiet location at the top of the village and easy to park outside the cottage. Its a quirky unside down cottage, very comfortable and furnished with everything you would need. Only a minutes walk away from the centre of Castleton, ideal if you don't want to cook as there are 4 pubs and a restaurant to sample. We would definiately stay again."
