Electric heating with electric fireplace. Combi microwave/oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available in front of village hall next door. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 6 miles and pub within 0.1 mile. Village green with furniture 100metres away. Note: Property is located in owners grounds with shared access, they have children who may be around especially in evenings and at weekends, the owners also have their own dog who is very friendly.

Ripon is a historic city resting within striking distance to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
