Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, smart TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Patio area with hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Although the property is all ground floor, there are steps up into the property. Note: No children, including infants.

The name given to this small village, Skinningrove was influenced by the Vikings and is said to mean skinner's grove or pit. The town homes a shop and pub, as well as a sandy beach. Nearby you can visit the harbour town of Whitby and the North York Moors for miles of walks.
