With two bedrooms and a bathroom, the property can sleep up to four people. There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is a private patio garden with furniture plus off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking nearby on a first come, first served basis. St Winifreds is a wonderful choice for friends and families, with the beach just a short stroll away. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways. East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking nearby on first come, first served basis. Private patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm. The owner is no longer accepting pets at this property with effect from 6th July 2020, please be aware that there are some current bookings in place until 17 April 2021, that have pets in their party - not 'pet free' until 17.04.2021.

"This bungalow is situated behind the main property so is quite secluded. It is within 150m of a Chinese take-away, a friendly club, Spar shop, chip shop and hotel, with the rest of the village shops a only few more hundred metres away. The beautiful (dog friendly) beach is only a short walk away. This is quite spacious for a 4 person holiday let and generously provisioned by the owners. Everything is clean and smart. It felt like a home from home, the owners certainly want you to feel that way. We will definitely will be returning there for more breaks in the future."
