A magnificent cottage in the village of Bolton by Bowland in Clitheroe. This property can sleep twenty-two people in ten bedrooms. Ten bedrooms: Main house: Ground floor: king-size double, 1 x family room with 4 single beds (zip/link, can be two doubles on request.) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. First floor: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Main bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Second floor with restricted headroom: 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower, basin and WC, ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner (seats 16) with utility area. Summer room with dining area seats 8 Barn: Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room (shower, basin and WC) for use with the leisure area. Leisure suite with 2 x hot tubs and sauna. Games room with bar, seating area, pool table, table football, and sound system.

Oil central heating and oil underfloor heating with woodburning stove. AGA Rangemaster triple oil fired oven and separate electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, 3 x drinks fridges, washer/dryer, 2 x dishwasher, 12 x Smart TVs with FreeSat, sound system, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Initial supply of fuel for stove then additional purchased through owner. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 12 cars. Grassed area extending to half an acre with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2.4 miles. Note: Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am

A wonderful town nestled on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, offering brilliant walking routes and opportunities to spot nature. There are numerous pubs, restaurants, and shops to spend your days in, but Clitheroe also has many historic wonders to explore on your visit such as the castle and even the bewitched land itself.

Just returned from a lovely weekend - property is beautifully presented and with such a big space great for a get together or big enough to find some peace and quiet.
