This magnificent detached cottage is in the town of Warwick in the West Midlands, and can sleep eight people in four rooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into twin on request) with en-suite bathroom bath, show over, WC, and basin, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into twin on request), 2 x king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, and sitting area. Orangery.
Castle View is a grand property found in Warwick, opposite the world famous castle founded by William the Conqueror. The property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms (including three en-suites), and can sleep eight people. The ground floor of the property features an open-plan living pace with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, a courtyard, and an orangery. There is also a balcony on both the first and second floors. Castle View is a marvellous property for a big family or group of friends, the ideal base for exploring the wonders of Warwick. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car and roadside parking in side street next to cottage for one car. Balcony with ample seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: Off-road parking is not suitable for a four-wheel drive. Note: Please take care with children when on the balcony. Note: Bedroom three does not have a door, instead it has a heavy curtain. Note: Bedroom four has a screen across the bed area for privacy

Lying on the banks of the River Avon, Warwick is at the centre of Shakespeare country, known for its medieval castle. The Collegiate Church of St. Mary offers views of the city ad beyond, it's a lovely place to explore beautiful architecture. Hosting many festivals throughout the year, it's a tourist hotspot that offers lots to do and see, within close proximity to other interesting cities, it's the perfect town to explore the West Midlands and beyond.

"This is a truly great holiday rental. It has everything any group could possibly need, is spotless and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the showers are excellent. The highlight is the first floor outdoor decking area, a gorgeous sun-trap that easily accommodated our party of 6 for a relaxed lunch. When the sun disappeared from here, we moved to the second floor to catch more sunshine on the second floor balcony....really lovely. Peter could not have been more welcoming...quickly showed us round and pointed out key features and little details we might not have worked out for ourselves. Parking available in the garage and an additional car outside with a parking permit. Perfect weekend venue, easily the best accommodation we have stayed in for past 15 years of this kind of break."
