TV's with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One off road parking space and further ample roadside parking. Veranda and enclosed garden to front, and side patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles in Newton Ferrers. Note: May be unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of steps up and down to the property. Note: Sloping garden and steep banks, care to be taken. Note: Very steep steps lead down to private Quay for launching kayaks. Note: The property sleeps a maximum 8.

The perfect haven for sailors or for those who appreciate civilised countryside. The village hosts a pub with fantastic views across the water towards Noss Mayo and the creek, serves good food and drink. The area is blessed with many walks that meander along the waterside and across the fields. The city of Plymouth with its shops, Marine Aquarium and Barbican quayside area is just eight miles away while Totnes with its 'alternative' view on life is a must visit.
