Electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV's with Freeview and DVD Player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Additional parking space other side of lockable double garage, which is for use as a games room and storage. Rear garden, secure and private, with seating areas on artificial grass, decked seating area with wood fired hot tub which is accessed by double french doors from the dining area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, Pub & Restaurant all under 5 mins walk. Child, Infant and Baby friendly with Highchair, Cot and Stair Gates all available. Note: Ramp access at the property. Please Note: Due to Covid 19 the Hot Tub will not be in use.

Grantown-on-Spey is in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. It has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the town and it can be used as a base for exploring the varied pursuits of the area. Enjoy fishing, golfing on the area's two courses, walking in the surrounding hills and woodlands, bird watching and of course following the Castle and Whisky trails. In season, skiing is a popular activity at the nearby Cairngorms and Lecht Ski Centres, while the scenery of the Cairngorms National Park offers tranquil respite from a hectic life, no matter what the season.

"This house is gorgeous - modern, beautifully decorated, very clean and with some lovely touches like books, DVDs and, of course, the traditional hot tub in the garden. I was lucky enough to stay here during the hot summer so we spent every night sitting in the (very private) tub with some bubbles watching the stars appearing. The house has been finished to a very high standard, with modern bathrooms and kitchen and very comfortable beds. The open plan lounge with wood burning stove gives the sense of loads of space but will be lovely and cosy in the winter too with the stove on. There is also a great second lounge with big TV and games ideal for children/teenagers as well as the garage with pool table etc. Grantown itself is a lovely wee bustling town with a main street with several good restaurants, pubs, butchers, bakers etc. It's also a great base to explore the surrounding area with Landmark Adventure Park just down the road and Aviemore and the Cairngorms just a short journey away. We discovered Andersons restaurant in Boat of Garten this year and its well worth the trip (tho book ahead!) This is a perfect house in a glorious area of Scotland and we will definitely be returning."
