Overview
This wonderfully appointed detached lodge situated on a working dairy farm near the market town of Llanrwst and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedroom: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x children's bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower with jets, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Park Lodge is a delightful cottage resting at the edge of the foothills of Conwy mountain, near Llanrwst. It plays host to three bedrooms; a king-size double, a double and a bunk room, all with stunning views out over the valley, they can sleep six guests altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside is a private patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. Park Lodge is a charming property to base your holiday break in North Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off-road parking. Private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Property is situated on a working dairy farm with cattle and owners dogs. Note: Some farm noise and occasional traffic.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
