Open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and balcony. Lower ground floor: Utility area with shower and separate WC .

The open plan living space has a seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and a width of house balcony offering breathtaking panoramic sea views. Outside is an enclosed patio garden and a small communal lawn. Off road parking for three cars in private car park. Enclosed patio garden and communal lawn. Up to two well behaved pets accepted. Sorry no smoking. Note: This property is accessed via 84 steps from the parking area. Note: This property is surrounded by steep cliffs, children and dogs must be supervised at all times.

The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with narrow streets and pastel-coloured cottages are on the Rame Peninsula, five miles from Plymouth. Plymouth Sound offers calm waters for watersports, fishing and bathing. Take a walk along the South West Coast Path to Penlee Point for the views of Rame Head.

"This property is 5 star . From the minute you walk in the door you feel relaxed . Tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout,including a fully equipped kitchen. The welcome basket which amongst other items includes clotted cream scones is a welcome treat and the doggy treats were very well received by our two. The peace and quiet and amazing views make for a very relaxing holiday, breakfast on the balcony is the perfect start to the day , the coastal walks are lovely with the dogs and with 3 teenagers gave us some quality family time. When the tide is out there is a lovely little beach just a short walk from the property. The villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are also a pleasant walk through the woodland and the village of Millbrook a short drive for groceries and can highly recommend the fish and chip shop. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. I can't recommend this stunning property enough it really is as good as it sounds."
