The luxury self-catering house is beautifully finished with cleverly co-ordinated soft furnishings enhancing its open plan, family efficient layout. Newquay 4.5 miles. Over two floors. Three bedrooms. 1 x king size double with en suite shower, basin and WC. 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king size double on request). 1 x twin. Family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Second sitting room. Kitchen with dining area. Ground floor utility.
Tresawle is a detached house on two floors, with private gardens, situated in the village of Crantock, Cornwall. The entire cottage exudes quality and luxury whilst having a lovely bright, warm and welcoming feel, offering something for everyone. Tresawle is an ideal base for a family party or groups of friends who wish to stay together. The living area provides the perfect cosy atmosphere with it's log burning stove and large sofa. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a dining area seating six, plus a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and double oven including induction hob. Tresawle is a three-bedroom property with the main bedroom being en-suite with a double bed. The other two bedrooms can sleep two adults with twin beds. To the rear of the property, through the kitchen doors, you will find access to the rear garden with seating area. Although private, it is not fully enclosed. The garden provides locked storage if you wish to lock equipment such as surfboards or bicycles. Ideally located, the village of Crantock is nearby; just a short walk will give you access to the facilities Crantock has to offer, including pubs, a cafe and grocery store. Tresawle is also ideally located for those wishing to explore further parts of Cornwall, and is an ideal hub for those looking to visit attractions around the area.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Oven and induction hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: the gardener may need to visit during your stay. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: arrival time is 4pm.

Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

"My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 1 week the house is beautiful it has 2 lounges both with a tv the kitchen has every utensil you need patio doors lead out to a lovely secluded garden. The bedrooms are all a good size and beautifully presented. Our favourite spot was sitting on the seat outside the front door soaking up the late afternoon/evening sun. The pub The Old Albion is next door and serves excellent food and you can take your dogs in. Cosy Nook Tea rooms are opposite and serve lovely food especially cream teas. 10 minute walk to the fabulous beach."
"Everything about Tresawle is superb and there is nothing the owners have overlooked. The cottage is comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal and it is only ten minutes walk to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this fantastic cottage."

Having previously stayed in three different properties belonging to this company we knew to expect a high standard but were aprehensive that we could not be fourth time lucky. Well we were the property was lovely fitted to a a very high standard, luxury fixtures and fittings from the kitchen to the bathroom. Everything you could possibly need is in the property right down to picnic ware for the garden or beach. The property was well maintained and clean."
