Four bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x double (one with mezzanine sitting area), 1 x second floor twin with comfortable seating and en-suite basin and WC. Shower room with basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Living/dining room with woodburning stove. Snug with open fire.
The Farmhouse is a detached cottage four miles from Cashel in County Tiperary. Inside you will find four bedrooms made up of a double with an en-suite, two doubles (one with a mezzanine sitting area), and a twin room with an en-suite cloakroom. The interior also comes with a kitchen, a utility, a living/dining room with a woodburner and a snug with an open fire.The exterior comes with off road parking for four cars and a rear patio with furniture. The Farmhouse is a marvellous cottage in a fine part of Ireland.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing board with iron, hairdryer, TV with Saorview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Patio with furniture. Coal BBQ with picnic basket. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Sloping ceiling in twin bedroom. Note: Mezzanine sitting area in one bedroom is accessed by a steep ladder, care must be taken. Note: This property does not accept children under 12 years old. Note: No Stag/Hen or similar.

"My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Farmhouse. The property is beautiful!! It is lovingly decorated with an eclectic mix of antique furniture, modern appliances and touches that blend together to an excellent standard. It well equipped for all your needs. I would rate it 5 stars and recommend you stay there, a treasure of a place that my family will book again in the future.It was the perfect holiday cottage for us, located down a little lane for privacy with easy access to main roads/motorways for us to visit family and sightsee. All the bedrooms were tastefully decorated, my daughter loved the loft room with separate space to watch TV and an ensuite toilet. She had her own little world up there! My boys had there own rooms with a double bed and one had a mezzanine level so he could read and chill out to his music! The master bedroom was spacious with ensuite bathroom. The double aspect windows were a treat. No fights for the bathroom like we have at home! There were 3 of them! The fully equipped kitchen is small and functional. The washing machine and tumble dryer was well used by us! The lounge and dining area was a joy to spend time in and we did! We entertained family there and played board games, we hardly watched TV. By far my favourite area was what my family called the snug room with lots of books you could read or just sit and have a cuppa whilst the kids did their own thing. Sheila and Richard the owners gave us such a warm welcome, they are so hospitable and friendly. They helped me find a dentist when my son had toothache and we managed to get it sorted. For that I was so grateful. The only downside about The Farmhouse was leaving when our holiday ended! But, we will be back! Thanks so much from The Dunne Family x"
