Thwaitefield is a detached, Victorian house placed in the village of Goathland in North Yorkshire. It comes with six zip/link bedrooms which include two king-size with en-suites, a further king-size, a twin with an en-suite and two further twins, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep upto 14 people. Its interior also comprises a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a woodburning stove and sofa bed, and a conservatory. To the outside there is ample off-road parking as well as surrounding lawns with furniture. Thwaitefield is a beautiful property in a magnificent location for exploring the wonders of North Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The idyllic village of Goathland is set on the north eastern edge of the North York Moors National Park. It is surrounded by the rugged open moorlands which provide excellent walking country and on which sheep graze freely. The village has been popularised by the television programme Heartbeat. At the bottom of the village lies the station for the famous North York Moors Steam Railway. Here you can catch a train to Whitby or Pickering and relax as the train winds its way through the moors. Goathland is within easy reach of the East Coast towns of Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough, making it a great holiday base.
