Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, stair gate and high chair available. Enclosed patio and lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk and another pub 5 minute walk. Tea room 100 metres. Note: Due to location phone signal can be intermittent.

"This cottage is in a brilliant location, nestled in Rosedale Abbey where there is the remains of an Abbey in a beautiful little village in North Yorkshire. Rosedale is so beautiful with stunning views, walks,little tea shops and traditional pubs. The cottage is lovely. There are three bedrooms, two with amazing views of the countryside and one with the view of the village. The cottage is extremely well equipped with everything and has a lovely seat in the window to take in the views and the wonderful gardens and the unusual birds. I have visited Rosedale many times, to start with camping, and then found out that 23 Rosedale rents out the property and started renting the cottage from thereon. I cannot fault the cottage at all and we always have an amazing time there whether relaxing, walking or having a weekend away with friends to celebrate birthdays etc.... will be back at sometime in the future !"
"My family and I have stayed at this cottage several times now.it really is the most beautiful cottage we have ever stayed in. The pictures on the site are fab, but it is even better than that when you arrive - it's has a lovely homely feel. My children love playing with all the new toys and games that are there. It's is very clean and well equipped. It's located perfectly not to be too far away from plenty of different days out. This cottage is perfect for walkers, cyclists, families or anyone who wants a break away (relaxing or otherwise). I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough. We can't wait for our next break there."
"We've stayed here several times as it's a perfect location for exploring. We've always found the cottage to be immaculately clean with loads of amenities....it really is home from home. There are loads of walks straight from the door and pubs and tea rooms in the village to enjoy!!"
