Yr Hen Fanc Prop 2 is a delightful whitewashed cottage situated in the very heart of Benllech on the Island of Anglesey. Comprising three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a king-size double, the property can sleep six people. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast table and logburner, a separate dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is an enclosed garden and ample off-road parking at the rear. Yr Hen Fanc Prop 2 is a beautiful home-from-home offering spacious accommodation. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car at the property and then a 1 minute walk to the free local car park for additional cars Lawned garden to rear. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 minute walk. Note: There is some maintenance work at the property. The garden is being reduced in size to increase the car parking space. Parking is accessible at the back of the cottage, however access to the house is from the front of the cottage only.

"Located in the centre of the village, with shops and eateries close by. 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach and coastal footpath. Cottage newly decorated with attractive dining area and kitchen ( the fridge in kitchen was too small.) There were three bedrooms with enough room for six people as advertised. However on the negative side there was insufficient wardrobe space for six, and there was overuse of extension leads ( 5 upstairs). In the lounge area there wasn't enough seating for everyone. This is a nice cottage but needs more refinements so people can rent this property successfully."
