This single storey cottage is close to St Ives and can sleep five people in two bedrooms All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x twin, 1 x family room double with additional single bed and ensuite shower room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Venwyn Manor is a single storey cottage on a farm that's just 1 1/2 miles from the popular seaside town resort of St Ives. This comfortable cottage sleeps up to five people and has one double bedroom with an additional single bed and an en-suite shower room, and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. The lofty sitting room houses the handsome dining table and chairs, whilst the ample kitchen is well equipped. Outside there's plenty of space to play and explore, including your own private garden and patio, and the owners' 7 acres which you are welcome to explore. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

"Had a lovely week here in July 2017. Cottage is beautiful inside with great facilities and in a perfect location to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. Only downside is that it doesn't have wifi but its a minor issue. We will definitely be returning."
"We thought Venwyn Manor (also known as 'Tasteful Carbis Bay Cottage' on some websites) was a great cottage. It's clean, welcoming and spacious - particularly the lounge/dining room which has a high ceiling and plenty of space. The kitchen is very well-equipped and had everything we needed, including basics like tea, instant coffee, milk, sugar and cleaning materials. The owners had also provided some 'treats' - biscuits and fudge - which were a nice touch and were much appreciated. The owners were welcoming and friendly without being too intrusive. The cottage is attached to their house but felt very private. Weather permitting, there are great views over the surrounding fields. There's also ample parking. The location is slightly off the beaten track, a few minutes down a typically narrow Cornish country road, but we didn't find this a problem and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. In fact the cottage made great base for exploring the surrounding area. (You do really need a car - or at the very least a bike - if you wish to explore.) We would definitely recommend this cottage."
