This traditional character cottage is in Mount Hawke on the north Cornish coast, is close to beaches and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x doubles, 1 x twin. Kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. Sitting room with open fire. Dining room. Sunroom with table and chairs. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.
Splatt House is a quirky cottage over two levels just a ten minute stroll from Mount Hawke. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms with a family bathroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen and sun room. lawned garden with courtyard. A unique Cornish cottage with oodles of personality, close to lovely golden beaches and Coast Path walking. Nearby there is St.Agnes and just a little further, excellent golf at Perranporth. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Mount Hawke is a small village just outside St Agnes and Porthtowan on the north Cornish coast. Once heavily involved in the local copper mining industry, today Mount Hawke is quiet and mainly residential.

"Lovely cottage. Peaceful and rural yet close to a30 . Perfect to explore anywhere in Cornwall! Lovely open fire. Spacious sitting room . Large dining room . Off road parking. And garden all enclosed so safe for dogs and perfect for sitting out in the morning with a coffee (and in the evening with a wine!) Also a lean to to shelter under if raining ! Also large conservatory. 3 decent bedrooms.2 double and a 2x singles."
"We are a family of 2 adults 4 children 7-13 and dogs, We have had such a wonderful 2 week stay at Splatt House. The house is lovely and beautifully presented and has a unique tiled floor throughout all of the downstairs. There is just one rug downstairs, so no need to worry about wet dogs and children with muddy feet (we rolled rug up to keep clean) We found the beds comfortable with lovely duvets, another twin would have suited us better the girls objected a little to sharing a double. The lane outside the house is very quiet, and there is a lovely walk from the cottage along a stream (Park shady). There are some lovely places to go even in peak season with dogs. The owner recommended St. Ives Ceramics to me because I said I like Ceramics, Wow that made my holiday! We brought our tent so when we leave tomorrow we are camping locally as the weather is so good and we don't want our lovely holiday to end."
