This comfortable first floor apartment is situated 1/2 mile from the centre of the South Devon town of Salcombe and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. One level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x twin (can convert to super king). Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and sliding doors to balcony.
3 Hazeldene is a welcoming and comfortable apartment, one of eight 1/2 mile from the centre of the South Devon town of Salcombe and 500 yards by footpath from North Sands beach. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin (can convert to double) with a bathroom. On the same level is an open plan living space with great sea views, seating area, dining area, kitchen and sliding doors to a balcony with table and chairs. Outside is a shared lawn garden to one side of the building and a Off road parking in a reserved parking space. In a brilliant position in a very beautiful coastal area, 3 Hazeldene is an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in South Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands

"Fabulously well appointed apartment with stunning views. Equipped to a high standard. Warm and very comfortable. We had a great weekend here despite the terrible weather.
