This smart, converted cow shed is close to the famous North Devon village of Clovelly and can sleep two people in one bedroom. One king-size double bedroom with en suite shower-room. Open plan living area with sitting area and wood burning stove, kitchen and dining area. Ground floor WC and basin.
The Cow Shed is a glossy, comfortable and romantic cottage, about 4 miles from the famous, cobbled, cliffside village of Clovelly. This one time barn can sleep two people in one double bedroom with an en suite shower-room. The living space is open plan with a feature stone wall and wood burning stove, kitchen and dining area. Outside is a private, patio with a table and chairs and you are welcome to use a large, enclosed garden around the cottage. With lots to see and do nearby, The Cow Shed is an ideal base from which to see this beautiful part of North Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Off road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: This property does not accept children, except babes in arms.

The picturesque fishing village of Clovelly occupies a secluded, cliffside position and attracts visitors from the world over. A pedestrianised, cobbled street winds its way down the hillside passing the colourful gardens that characterise the village's pretty, whitewashed cottages, on its way down to the sheltered harbour.

The cottage has been furnished to the highest spec, I can't think of anything that hadn't been thought about by the owners.Such a comfortable bed, brilliant power shower, gorgeous handmade soaps. The accommodation is off the beaten track which just enhanced a tranquil and peaceful holiday, it was so easy to completely unwind...in fabulous comfort. The devon coastline is spectacular and the coastal path is literally a field away from the Cow shed, perfect for long challenging walks or just an evening stroll. Thank you Liz and Nick for a truly fantastic holiday cottage and for all the little gifts that seemed to magically appear!"

The accommodation is excellent, modern, well maintained and fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The design and layout of The Cow Shed is fantastic with great use of space. Costal walks on the doorstep, everything else within an easy reach. Truly loved our stay and was sad to be leaving........."
