Overview
This detached cottage converted from a barn is situated in countryside in the Devon village of Sampford Courtenay and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x downstairs super king double. Shower room with shower, WC, basin. 1 x upstairs gallery twin with 3' beds. Gallery seating area. Downstairs open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen and doors to patio.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

"This property is awesome, it has been furnished/fitted to a very high standard. It has everything you could possibly need, utensils etc. We traveled with a three year old who loved the gallery bedroom (her balcony). The grounds provided loads of space to wonder and play and the owner was dog friendly. I was a little concerned from the pictures that the rear patio area may be overlooked however this was not the case, it was very private even though the owners house is a stones throw away. The location is ideal for a break where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, however it is close enough to amenities. Oakhampton offers supermarkets, a castle and a great park . I can't recommend this place enough, it's one of the best cottages I have stayed in."
