The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double and two twin (one can convert to a double) with a bathroom and downstairs shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a sheltered enclosed courtyard with furniture and steep steps up to two elevated terraces with more outdoor furniture and toys in a summer house. Just 50 yards from the village centre, The Margarets is a modern and stylish base for a memorable break in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
