Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x room with two singles. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin, WC. Upstairs WC and basin. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dining area.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Off road parking for one car, or parking is usually available on a quiet road nearby. Two well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Lustleigh is a picture postcard village set on the deep wooded slopes of eastern Dartmoor and within Dartmoor National Park. With a pretty church, village shop and excellent pub along with lots of thatch cottages you can see why Lustleigh made it to the Telegraph's top villages.
