Electric heaters. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking on-site for 2 cars. Balcony. Shared grounds with children's play area, river and woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to balcony in property and river in grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note fuel and power are chargeable on departure.

Keswick is a year round destination with a wide variety of attractions on offer including, lake cruises on Derwentwater, live performances at the Theatre by the Lake, fine fell walking, lively street markets and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Hope Park is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit at any time of year it is only a five minute walk from the apartment, here you could enjoy a round of golf or keep the children entertained with a game of crazy golf. Also nearby you will find the River Greta and Fitz Park with tennis courts, pitch and put golf or just simply stroll along side the river. For the more energetic visit Whinlatter Forest Park which has a fantastic mountain biking trail and also hosts the tree top adventure Go Ape.

"This lodge has everything you could possibly need to make your stay welcoming and comforting, This was our second Christmas in this lodge with friends, the first being Christmas 2012. All the upholstery and appliances are top quality, everything is provided for you. My only criticism would be the mattresses in the twin room appear to have lost there support! That said, I would book this accommodation again."
