Accessed via an external staircase. Over 2 floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x double bedroom; 1 x double bedroom with king size bed; 1 x twin bedroom. Lounge with Sky TV, DVD player, electric fire and a selection of games and jigsaws. Dining/kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, combination microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and TV. Two bathrooms: 1 x first floor shower room with hand basin and WC; 1 x second floor family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake.

"Boyles was exactly as I hoped it would be, central, quiet and spacious. It sleeps 6 with a bathroom and a shower room, very large lounge and excellent kitchen and dining area. You couldn't get closer to Keswick's amenities than this. Booths supermarket is only 50 metres away and a 10 minute walk brings you to the edge of Derwentwater. We had a fantastic week in Keswick and plan to use Boyles next year."
