This beautiful stone cottage is located near to the village of Pooley Bridge in the Lake District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite wet room shower with grab rails and shower seat, basin and WC, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, seperate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Beckside Bungalow is situated on a holiday park on the banks of Lake Ullswater near to Pooley Bridge in the Lake District, and benefits from lots of on-site facilities. The cottage can sleep six people in two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. There is also an additional bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, sitting area with electric fire and dining area. To the outside of the cottage there is plenty of off road parking and a private garden with BBQ. Beckside Bungalow is the perfect family getaway at any time of the year. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Pooley Bridge has traditional village inns, cafes and shops. The surrounding area is home to numerous quaint Lakeland villages scattered along the shores of Lake Ullswater and Aira Force is a dramatic waterfall cascading into the lake below. Sharrow Bay Hotel is only a short drive away for the ultimate in dining and is renowned the world over or a trip over Kirkstone Pass brings you into Ambleside where there is an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic market town of Penrith is within 5 miles and has numerous shops, a heated indoor swimming pool, golf course and driving range.

"We had a wonderful cottage just across from the club house and next door to the shop. Despite the proximity to the club it was still quiet. Location was perfect for our parents who cannot walk long distances. Shop has a great selection of stuff and the food, drink and entertainment in the club house were great. Location meant hill walking, horse riding and just wandering round the lake and to Pooley Bridge were all options. We considered the site to be safe meaning our 10 year old son could head out on his own to the play areas and round the site. The house was exceptionally well appointed and made the stay even more special. Good views and an outside seating area all added to the experience. Would certainly recommend Park Foot and Beckside cottage to anyone."
"A very good bungalow that offers lots of space. Ideally situated to visit all of the lakes. We travelled with an 18 month old who really enjoyed the playground. The photos do not do this property justice, as it faces onto a field with sheep which our son loved speaking with."
