This barn conversion is situated near the town of South Molton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. This property is strictly for holidaymaker lettings only. (No Stag / Hen / Similar / Worker groups) Two bedrooms: 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Hunstone Barn is a cosy, modern cottage set in the courtyard of a non-working farm in South Molton. It consists of two bedrooms; one twin and one double, both with en-suites and well-presented furnishings. There is also an open-plan living space on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is an enclosed garden with patio, seating and a barbecue. Hunstone Barn combines a modern living space with traditional farmhouse features, perfect for an alternative holiday break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Ample off-road parking. Lockable bike and surf board storage. Garden with enclosed patio with seating and a BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop 4.7 miles. This property is strictly for holidaymaker lettings only. (No Stag / Hen / Similar / Worker groups) Please note this property only accepts children over 5 years of age or babes in arms prior to crawling only as no child facilities are provided, thank you. Please note: this property can only accept bookings between a Friday and Friday; please call the office with any queries.

Situated not far from both coastal and inland beauty spots, this village will suit visitors of all tastes. In close proximity are forests, moors, rivers and coast, with churches and other buildings of significance. There is walking on the South West Coast Path and all along the North Devon beaches. Visit the National Trust's Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the funicular cliff railway.
