Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench. Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner. inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Terraced garden with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Access to the garden and parking is along paths and steep steps. Note: The parking area is on a hard surface and accessed along paths and 25 steep steps. Note: Limited head height in the mezzanine eaves snug. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
