A ground floor cottage set in the town of Combe Martin in Devon, it can sleep nine people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite bath, basin and WC, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1 triple bunk (double on bottom and single on top), 1 x adult bunk. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area, and a sofa bed (suitable for 2x children or 1 x adult), and small single pull out bed.
The Cabin is a ground floor cottage in the Devon village of Combe Martin. It has three bedrooms including a king size with an en-suite, a family room with a double bed and a triple bunk and an adult bunk room, there is also a shower room, it can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside sits off road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn, gravel area and a decking area with furniture. The Cabin is a stunning cottage in a fantastic seaside village. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Travel cot and high chair on request. Stairgate for kitchen. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed garden with a gravel area, lawn area and decking with tables and chairs. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 minute walk, pub less than 1 minute walk. Beach 15 minute walk. Note: This property has the potential to sleep an extra 1/2 people on prior arrangement with the owner, please contact the reservations team for more information.

Located on the border between Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the picturesque settlement of Combe Martin. This little seaside resort, with a wide variety of amenities, is a great attraction for locals and visitors, and is home to a very popular beach. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens close by, offering unique insights into local history. Woolacombe beach is close by and is an excellent place for surfing, whilst the South West coastal path passes within a mile for those who love rambling.

"The location was perfect, short walk to the beach that was dog friendly and short drives to attractions, 2 mins to Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and 15 mins to Exmoor Zoo. The Cabin itself was very spacious, plenty room for the 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs (one weighing 8 stone). Abi was on hand to answer any questions or queries very quickly and even got her husband to drop an additional rubbish bin within 40 minutes of asking. We will look at staying again for sure!"
"What a great place to stay. Owners couldn't do enough to provide you with the best equipped holiday place I have ever been in. Comfortable beds and loads of room. Two bathrooms, one with a good shower and one with a bath. Massive front room, dining area with good sized kitchen and large TV. Small enclosed garden area with table and chairs, lounger chairs and small decking area (very private). All in all a great place to stay!"
"This as got to be one of the best equipped both furniture and kitchen we've stayed in of late. It has everything, the bed is a dream so very comfy. If anything the photo of garden is understated it's really a lot bigger and very nice. The lay out of the cabin is quirky but wonderful. Love it."
