This charming Grade II listed cottage is located in the village of Mevagissey near to St Austell in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms; 1 x second floor double ( the bathroom is accessed via this room) 1 x first floor twin. 1 x single bed in the games room. Second floor Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Kitchen and diner. First floor games room. Second floor Sitting room with coal effect fire.
Cliff House is a charming Grade II listed cottage situated in the village of Mevagissey in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is a garden to the rear with furniture. Cliff House is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Games Room with 6ft multi-games table, pool, air hockey and table tennis. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road permit parking for one car in Willow car park included. Garden with furniture. Two well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Coast and harbour 2 mins. Beach 1 mile. Note: The cottage is situated on a steep hill and the parking included is not immediately close by. Note: There are two flights of stairs for this property and one toilet upstairs so property may be unsuitable for small children or those with limited mobility. Note: The property can cater for family of 5 . Note: Property Wifi is supplied by a Huawei Al Cube

The perfect Cornish fishing village, with cobbled streets and a harbour full of boats. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September. The fabulous beaches and renowned gardens of the Roseland Peninsula are a short drive down the coast while Truro, with its shops, restaurants, theatre and cathedral can be reached by car in half an hour.

"Clean and tidy with great views of the harbour, but the stairs are very steep and we had two older dogs which found them hard work, we had to carry them. Also with the kitchen downstairs and the sitting room and bedroom on the top floor, there is a lot of stair climbing. Would not suit older people who found it hard to get around. The garden could do with tidying up. Best part it's only 2 mins to the harbour, which is beautiful, with lots of lovely shops and pubs that do excellent food!"
