Overview
This modern two-storey apartment in St Ives, Cornwall can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Three flights of steps to entrance:Living room with kitchen and access to small balcony. Two bedrooms, 1 x with king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC, spiral staircase to the second bedroom with both king size bed and single with lowered mattresses (because of the reduced head height). Second shower room.
Quentin's is a trendy apartment, in the perennially popular St Ives. This painters paradise is full of galleries, individual shops and ice cream parlours. You may even see a seal basking in the sun on a low tide. It has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, the second double, accessed by way of a spiral staircase, also has a single bed that offers flexibility and a second shower room. Elsewhere there is an open plan living space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the living room with dining table, has doors to a small private balcony with bistro style seating for two. An ideal holiday home for a family or couples looking for that little bit of style. Quentin's is a delightful prospect for the perfect holiday in this year-round destination. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!

"We stayed at Quentin's for a week in early August and had a fantastic time despite very mixed weather. With an allocated parking spot, stunning views and your own resident seagull it's a truly wonderful experience. Although the appartment is at the top end of St Ives you can walk to the town in under five minutes. The owner has provided everything from a washing machine and hairdryer to jigsaws and maps. The flat was warm and cosy, and although quite compact, we couldn't have asked for more. The balcony is tiny but has views out to Godrevy Lighthouse and the view from the dining table over to Harbour Beach is one we won't forget. A memorable time in an immaculate place, with everything you need for a sunny/rainy/windy wonderful time in St Ives. Recommend without hesitation."
