Atlantic Breeze is a detached modern house with rural views located just 2 miles outside Camelford. With four bedrooms sleeping eight guests with a family bathroom and ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a woodburner in the sitting room leading to the dining room opening out onto the patio for al fresco dining prepared in the well equipped kitchen or on the barbecue. There is an enclosed lawned garden and storage for surfboards and bicycles in the garage along with three parking spaces. The nearby town of Camelford has a good range of shops, pubs and a leisure centre. Positioned to take advantage of the stunning northern coastline and glorious beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Bude, sitting just four miles from Boscastle, a must visit with its tiny harbour, innovative visitors' centre, shops and restaurants. Atlantic Breeze has plenty to offer all year around. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Underfloor centrally heated with wood burner. Electric oven with hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. TV, DVD player, WiFi, Surround sound system, barbecue. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Garage to store bikes and wetsuits. Lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no smoking or pets. 5 minute drive to shop and pub. Note: No hen/stag party or same sex parties.

"Lovely stay here, modern appliances, very spacious and a lovely garden! Absolutely loved staying here, upon arrival there was a lovely welcome pack with scones, jam and clotted cream along with a nice bottle of red wine, a manual is provided advising on how to use everything which is very useful. The house is spotless and is very well equipped, a local contact book is provided in case of any issues and the owners friend comes around to make sure everything is satisfactory, he is extremely friendly and very helpful and also maintains the garden etc Would definitely return if they allowed dogs."
