Overview
This spacious farmhouse is situated in the hamlet of Coverack Bridges just outside the town of Helston and can sleep 7 people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x super king double with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, 1 x king with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x single, 1 x ground floor single. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area, Sitting room with dining area. Cloakroom with basin and WC.
The farmhouse is spacious, very well presented and dog friendly, set within the rolling countryside within a small hamlet just outside the town of Helston. The house sleeps eight people and has a super king bedroom with en-suite, a double room with en-suite, a twin and a ground floor single room. One the ground floor is a kitchen diner, sitting room and cloakroom. Outside is a private garden as well as a shared garden which has football goals and a badminton net, outside furniture and a barbecue, plus there is off road parking for three cars. Located in this wonderfully beautiful area which offers a quality holiday home at any time of year. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Helston lies at the western gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, a large area of downland fringed by a beautiful and spectacular coastline. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Nearby is the Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west and which tells of the widespread mining heritage of this area. Nestled in a tranquil setting is the National Seal Sanctuary on the Helford River, where there is plenty of entertainment watching seals play and feed. If it is thrill rides that excites you, then Flambards theme park will keep you amused all day and also has excellent living history experiences. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Helston is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.

"A beautiful, spacious cottage with amazing grounds for the children to play. Patrick and Tracey made the seven of us so welcome as did their cute dogs and cat. The cream tea that was waiting was delicious. The cottage had plenty of character and we will be back."
"Fabulous property. Everything was provided, rooms are generously proportioned, light fresh & airy. We took 3 generations & 2 dogs and there was enough room for everyone to have space to themselves if they wanted. Beautiful gardens lead on to a small field with a BBQ and seating, badminton, football goals & a swing ball set. Plenty of room for the dogs to have a good run around. Kitchen is spacious & has plenty of utensils etc. Lounge is large (4 sofas) with a TV and a quite space too. All 5 bedrooms are nicely decorated and everybody had a comfortable bed. Parking for 2 cars. Area is great for all sorts of attractions, enough locations in easy driving distance to keep you busy all week. We had a great week here."
