Gas central heating with electric effect log burner. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to side and rear. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Although the property is one level, there is a step within the property's hallway.

The village of Llanfaethlu nestles close to the north west coastline of Anglesey. Amidst cliffs and sandy beaches, it provides a local shop and Post Office, whilst nearby Church Bay boasts a popular seafood restaurant. Wales' only working windmill is within easy reach, providing an opportunity to see corn being ground the old fashioned way, whilst the surroundings offer fishing, birdwatching and coastal walks, with climbing on offer in Snowdonia. Visit Beaumaris where you can take a day trip to Ireland!
