This beautiful two bedroom lakeside lodge is situated in the popular and pretty Tattershall Lakes Country Park on the edge of Bullrush, a quiet breeding lake and can sleep 4 adults and 2 children in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms with TV: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and two double sofa beds.
10 Bullrush is a beautiful two bedroom lakeside lodge situated in the popular and pretty Tattershall Lakes Country Park on the edge of Bullrush, a quiet breeding lake, and can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property consists of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area with two sofa beds and an electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and a decked veranda with gas barbecue and furniture. With excellent on-site facilities including an on-site swimming pool, 10 Bullrush is an ideal retreat for families or friends whether you are looking for an action packed holiday or a more relaxing break. From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, Xbox 360, WiFi available in communal areas, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Decked veranda with furniture and gas BBQ, plus communal grounds with lakes. On-site facilities including water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing, indoor heated swimming pool, gym and spa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk (access via entertainment pass, payable on-site). Note: Swimming pool and spa area use subject to purchasing the entertainment pass, plus an activity pass can be purchased for many on-site activities, and watersports, fishing and golf incur a charge payable outside of any passes. Note: All on-site facilities, including the shop and bar/restaurant are seasonal; please contact Tattershall Lakes direct for more information, dates and prices. Nearest shop and pub during seasonal closure is in Tattershall, 15 min walk. Note: Open lakes and fenced veranda close to lake edge, children must be supervised at all times. Note: RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Note: There are three steps to access the property. Note: Max 4 adults 2 children.

Nestling between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire, is Tattershall Lakes Country Park, the perfect location to enjoy that special holiday. Tattershall Park consists of 365 acres offering woodlands, lakes and open spaces along with fantastic sporting opportunities. There is a 60-acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45-acre jet skiing lake, a cable wakeboard lake, 18-hole golf course, three lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and an on-site supermarket.

"Being busy Restaurant owners we were really ready for a 4 night break with the children. The lodge was easy to find and is set in a really good location looking over the water. Clean, very spacious and well equipped. Would fully recommend and would love to revisit again in the Summer. Love the little extra touches too. "
"Not 4* accommodation. Dead spiders and cobwebs. Needed a thorough clean. The decking outside was dirty and tired looking; needed jetwash to rid all the cobwebs and dead creatures. The spare pillows in the main bedroom we're soiled and old. The bedding in both bedrooms was cheap and smelt so strong of washing powder it makes you wonder what they were trying to mask."
"Tatters hall lakes is really good for all age groups in our case my young daughter and wife and I enjoyed our time here from playing on the beach or swimming pool to the games rooms and activities on site. We stopped in lodge 10 bull rush which was really excellent, spacious with everything you would need. We liked it so much we booked this property for later in the year. Really recommend it"
