The rest of the cottage is made up of a mezzanine landing area with a sofa bed, a sitting room with dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar and a second sitting room with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio. Set in a stunning location, Ty Uchaf is an ideal place for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The tranquil village of Llangwm is situated between the town of Bala and charming Betws-y-Coed, renowned as the gateway to Snowdonia National Park. This peaceful village offers superb walking, cycling and wildlife watching opportunities amidst the surrounding countryside. The nearby village of Cerrigydrudion offers a family-run entertainment centre including cinema screen and coffee shop. The popular resorts of Betws-y-Coed and Bala are both within easy driving distance offering a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants and a host of outdoor activities, including rafting and climbing.
