The Old Cottage is a listed terrace property in the village of Naffteron in East Yorkshire. It comes with one bedroom hosting a double bed, there is also a day bed on the landing with an optional pull-out, as well as a bathroom, the property can sleep two to four guests. Inside, also find its kitchen, dining room and sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find plenty of roadside parking as well as an enclosed rear garden with a gravelled area and patio with furniture and BBQ. The Old Cottage is a traditional and quirky stay for those wishing to tour this fine location of countryside and coastline. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Nafferton is in the Yorkshire Wolds, two miles from the Driffield and nine miles from Bridlington. It boasts four pubs, a shop, a Post Office and a fish and chip shop. The area is great for walking, exploring the countryside and visiting stately homes and gardens such as Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall.

"This cottage was lovely and clean and so cosy. Has everything you need. Shopkeepers next door very friendly and Sunday lunch at the Bluebell Inn was lovely. Theres a quaint duck pond at the end of the street. Its 15 mins to Bridlington for a lovely walk by the sea. Only downside for me as I have walking difficulties was the two high steps into the cottage and the ba The room being downstairs but I managed. The cottage was so beautifully decorated with a lovely Christmas Tree. Thanks to Alison & Rob. Would definitely go again sometime."

"We have just got home from here and we found it to be just right for the 2 of us and a dog .. you may find 4 people is a little too cosy. Clean and tidy with a nice little garden for the dog. Stacks of parking space in the road and right next door to a little Londis so you will never run out of anything. Easy driving to York city and the coast. The roads are never busy ! Fish & Chip shop 1 minute away and The Blue Bell Inn less than 5, and that's at a slow pace. Out of the house left down to the water and ducks turn right up the slope with the big church on your right ... the pub is there. Great selection of Gins and decent beer. There are other pubs but this is by far the best. Very quiet little village. The WiFi in the cottage is super fast and a little welcome tray of goodies awaits. Light the fire sit back and enjoy. We did."
