This comfortable ground floor flat with its own private parking and enclosed garden is situated in Porth Way, just a five minute walk to the beach and coastal path on the outskirts of Newquay, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Flat 2 is a comfortable ground floor flat with its own private parking and enclosed garden situated in Porth Way, just a five minute walk to the beach and coastal path on the outskirts of Newquay. The flat can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen which leads through to the sitting room with dining area and views overlooking the garden. There are two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin with the bathroom adjoining. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. Flat 2 is a perfect base for enjoying all that this lovely area has to offer.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome from 24th August 2019. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: There are 6 steps to enter the property from the parking area.

Porth Way is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit.

"Great flat got everything you could need, came in to bread milk , scones clotted cream and jam , nice big bed and dog friendly, great garden with a sea view, down side the permanent residence upstairs like stopping around till 1130 pm most nights , had to chill and not loose my temper , as we only get one holiday a year ."
