Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. lawned garden with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, Restaurants and Pubs 5/10 mins walk into town depending on mobility . Note: Garden accessible via steps at the front of the property, or via side entrance with no steps. Note: Property can accept additional child up to the age of 12 years as there is a sofa bed available by prior arrangement.

Rhayader is a market town, home to tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and boutiques. There is also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and a weekly market. Rhayader is the first town on the River Wye and is a base for the dams and reservoirs of the Elan and Claerwen Valleys. Visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually.

"Such a lovely bungalow, everything in there you could possibly want, wfi good, everything so clean. A very peaceful place and lovely views across the valley. The owner Claire even text me to contact her if we had any queries,we had to cut our holiday short due to big car problems but we Will return as not far from elan valley with lovely views. We did eat at the crown inn which we booked, very filling food ,we did drive there as a little steep to walk back ."
