This detached barn conversion is set over the ground and lower ground floors in the town of Kingsteignton near Newton Abbot and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Over ground and lower ground floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x lower ground floor double with tv, 1 x lower ground floor twin, 1 x ground floor single with 2'6" pull-out stacker bed. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 4 on stools). Sitting room.

The cottage is next to a converted mill and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. These include a ground floor single with a 2'6" pull out stacker bed, and a lower ground floor double and twin room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is a patio garden and roadside parking. Fairwater Mill Cottage is a lovely cottage with a number of activities available nearby. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Designated roadside parking for 1 car, additional parking available outside of the cul de sac on the surrounding streets. Enclosed patio garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 miles. Note: Ground floor single bedroom accessed via five steps down and five steps up. Note: There are several internal steps on the lower ground floor, therefore property not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Newton Abbot is situated in the heart of The English Riviera, with its mild climate, thriving palm trees and fabulous beach life. The ancient market town now offers plenty of modern shops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where visitors are encouraged to feed and hold the animals. There's also a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn, with craft fayres during winter.

"Excellent location for access to Dawlish,Paignton,Teignmouth, Dartmouth and soooooo much more, you will not have an issue with trying to fill your days. The cottage is a bit on the small side for the numbers they advertise for, although there are 6 beds the living room only seats 5 and the "dining table" is more of a breakfast bar and only squeezes 4 at a very tight push! Frustratingly the master bedroom is huge and would quite easily fit a 3 piece suite and a dining table so would make sense to swap it with the living room to make it a more sociable event for their guests. There is also only 1 parking space available unless you prearrange with neighbours and pay an extra fee to use their space. The house in general is clean and decor is lovely and kitchen is well equipped."
"Cottage lovely everything you needed v clean small patio easy to get to teingmouth Paddington Torquay. Only gripe was parking bit, of a nightmare my advise is have a small car but enjoyed stay thank you"
"Location of this property was ok for travelling for place to place. Not far to Paignton which is lovely.The cottage its self was very nice but as soon as you enter through the door into the kitchen,the smell of damp and fusty aroma hit you. Woke up every morning with a cough and sore throat so decided to come home 2 days early. Only a very small front garden to sit out on and overlooking a grave yard. Parking is bad. Had to ask a neighbour if they could move their van as it blocked us in and he wasn't very pleased.Overall not a pleasant stay."
