This lovely detached cottage situated near Wadebridge sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Mostly ground floor. Three bedrooms with TV: 1 x first floor king-size double with balcony and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Utility.
No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a delightful detached cottage situated on the Hustyns resort, 3.5 miles from the market town of Wadebridge. This cottage, set over most of the ground floor, sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one first floor king-size double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin with en-suite bath, together with a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and on-site there's a indoor swimming pool, tennis court, steam room and gym. No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a lovely Cornwall holiday base.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55" TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Shared use of leisure centre with on-site heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, outdoor tennis court and gym at no additional cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Balcony off first floor bedroom, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Leisure facilities are fully open and available to people staying on site included in their stay. Note: due to the current Covid19 pandemic, the hot tub is currently not in use until further notice. Please note - Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am

Wadebridge is a market town situated along the River Camel in North Cornwall. The town has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, gardens and stately homes to explore, whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of traffic free, walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities.

"Just come back from a week family holiday at Cedar Lodge. Amazing location very quiet and secluded yet only 3 miles from everything North Cornwall has to offer. Lodge is well equiped, 5 star comfort. Days spent body boarding on Polzeath Beach, cycling the camel trail, segways, speed boat rides, crazy golf, and sightseeing the gorgeous cornish coastline. Evenings spent chilling in the peace of the lodge, eating drinking and hot tubing. Perfect . Memories made. "
