This lovely two bedroom lodge is located on the cliff top of Kessingland Beach, with stunning views out to the sea and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite basin and WC, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire.
This lovely two bedroom lodge is located on the cliff top of Kessingland Beach, with stunning views out to the sea and can sleep four people in one double bedroom with en-suite basin and WC and one twin bedroom. There is also a family shower room. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private decked area, as well as shared use of the lawned communal grounds. Beach Lodge really does have something for everyone and is ideal for couples and families looking for a base to explore from a coastal location. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Gas central heating and gas fire. Gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Private decked area and use of large communal grassed grounds. Off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Launderette with washing machine and tumble dryer on-site at additional cost. Note: Check-in times 4PM and check-out time 9AM.

Corton is a coastal village sandwiched between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. Corton village is a popular holiday destination for families, with many attractions to visit in the local towns and the surrounding area. Great Yarmouth offers traditional seaside holiday family fun with a pier theatre, sandy beach with a funfair, arcades, sealife centre, a shopping centre with traditional market, museums, and the Great Yarmouth Racecourse. Lowestoft is the quieter of the two towns with an award-winning sandy Blue Flag beach and the nearby attractions of Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills. Further afield are the delightful Norfolk Broads where you can take a day cruiser along the river, and the city of Norwich which offers a castle, cathedral, museums, two modern shopping malls, and a daily market.

"We stayed at the Beach Lodge for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. The shower temperature was perfect and good strength, good sliding doors. Facility's great, good working gas stove, oven, large fridge, hair dryer, soft towels and mat, all provided. Very happy with facilties. Loved the view of the sea and very peaceful location. 10 minutes drive to large tesco extra superstore. 20 minutes drive to both Great Yarmouth sea side, where I visited the the sealife center, and also 20 minutes drive to Africa Live, amazing to see the animals up close. Owners were really helpful. I highly recommend a stay at beach lodge, and we would happily stay again. Thanks."
"Absolutely disgusted by the way we have been treated by Sykes Cottages. We raised a dispute about the amount of complaints we had about this cabin and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Will never book with them again. This was the most we have ever paid for holiday accommodation and was by far the worst. The fridge/freezer wobbled so much it was unsafe, we wedged a thick magazine under it. It smelt and had yellow staining and rust marks in it. Two days into our holiday the unit stop working and all the food we had brought was ruined. Rang the owner and he kept repeating 'it was working Friday'. He did come out and changed the fuse. When question by Skyes blamed the previous occupiers for damaging it. The continental quilt was winter weight, and no alternative was available, it was too cold to sleep without anything, we woke up regulally though out the night sweating and got up at 5.30 as it was unbearable by then. The shower door came off its rails on a regular basis. When I first switched the shower on it was scoulding and and I couldn't turn it down. I called my partner and he struggled to move the control to a more reasonable temperature (this had been mention by a previous holiday maker). There was no hairdryer, waste bins or dish rack and no loo brush in the en-suite. The microwave was too high, I spilt hot food getting it out. There was a very large amount of dust under the bed. The sauce pans were scratched and the non stick coating pitted. The write up said sandy beach it was mostly stones and didn't mention it was used by nudists. There was also no convenience store, it closed some time ago."
"Smashing lodge , spotless inside , has everything you need . No shops to walk to, one pub and very good Chinese takeaway only. Tesco 5 minutes by car, beach 5 minutes walk.gorlston beach 5 minutes by car which is excellent.owners very helpful if needed."
