This detached character cottage is in the village of Llanrwst, five miles from Betws y Coed, and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Dale Cottage is a lovely detached, character cottage in the village of Llanrwst, five miles from Betws y Coed. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which all have their own en-suite facilities and include three double rooms and a twin. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside there are lawned gardens, a courtyard patio and off road parking for four cars. Dale Cottage is the perfect property to provide a holiday home for friends and family all year round. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/Radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned gardens with furniture and courtyard patio with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: There are various slopes, steps, drops and levels in the garden, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: There are two small open ponds in the upper garden area, children and pets must be supervised at all times.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.

"Dale Cottage is beautifully presented and is an ideal base from which to explore North Wales. It can accommodate 8 adults with ease. Every bedroom with an en-suite, a large kitchen, two lounges and a dining room - all complemented by lots of room to park. There's also a lovely garden in which to sit or eat on a sunny day."
"Dale cottage is just a few minutes walk from Llanrwst where you will find a excellent curry house and plenty of pubs. Our favourite for food was the Eagle hotel where the food is excellent good value for money and is dog friendly. Going further afield you are near Betws y Coed and Conwy is not far away. The house itself is beautiful and very well equipped the only thing we thought it lacked was a dishwasher which would have been very welcome. The ensuite bedrooms are excellent, part of the reason we selected Dale Cottage was because of this. All in all I would highly recommend this beautiful house."
