Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden to front with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Head height on some of the internal doors are lower than usual. Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door and a further single step up into the shower room.

Moffat is a wonderful town, boasting great fishing, walking and cycling. The town is very popular with visitors and there is a selection of attractions, including theatres, shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and the Moffat Museum.

"A very spacious property situated just two minutes walk from the high street in an affluent area of the town. The property comprises the whole ground floor of what was previously built as three cottages and extended up in 1905. Entrance area ideal for muddy walking boots and coats leads to a big hallway at the centre of the building, a large double bedroom and another twin room. The kitchen is large, well equipped and seats four for breakfast dining, with dishwasher and a separate laundry room. The lounge is spacious, bright aspect with four big windows. Two double settees, open grate fire, tv with DVD, there is an additional table and chairs in the lounge looking out to a lawn area for your four legged friend to answer a call of nature, the driveway is shared so pets will require supervision. There are some beautiful walks in and around Moffat from your doorstep, there are maps and tourist information available on the high street. Highly enjoyed and would certainly recommend."
