This immaculate seafront apartment is located in a pretty courtyard setting in the sleepy coastal village of Skinburness, near Silloth on the Solway Coast, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with electric wood-effect fire and dining area.
Greenmantle is an immaculate seafront apartment located in a pretty courtyard setting in the sleepy coastal village of Skinburness, near Silloth on the Solway Coast, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hall which leads to a cosy sitting room with a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with uninterrupted sea views, including one double and a single which also has the added benefit of a pull-out single bed. A modern and spacious bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside there is off road parking for one car and the shared use of the private breakwater on the beachfront. Greenmantle provides an ideal touring base for guests wishing to explore this beautiful area and appreciate its fantastic seafront location. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Gas central heating with electric wood-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, iPod dock, radio. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of breakwater private to the Longhouse apartments with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: The property is located on the beachfront wth strong tides, children should be supervised. Note: Max 4 adults

The sleepy little coastal resort of Skinburness lies on the Solway Firth with wonderful extensive views over the sea to Dumfries and Galloway beyond. It offers inns and restaurants, and a small museum. Just down the road is Silloth with its lovely seafront parks and paved streets along with a variety of pubs, shops and cafes. This is a superb area for walking - the Cumbria Coastal Walk runs right along the coastline, providing excellent seafront trails and birdwatching opportunites.

"Our 6-day stay at Greenmantle cottage was incredible - the location was very beautiful and it wasn't too far from the Lake District National Park. We really loved how clean and homey it felt, and it came equipped with nearly everything we needed including some great puzzles. Bev was extremely helpful, we were greeted personally by her and she gave us doughnuts and fresh milk. When we asked for a bigger frying pan and a sponge, she came to the cottage the next morning to give it to us! I would highly recommend a stay, thanks Bev!"
