Overview

This beautiful original hop kiln is set just under four miles from Tenbury Wells and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin, 1 x second floor mezzanine style twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area leading to snug.

The Hop Kiln is a beautiful original hop kiln set just under four miles from Tenbury Wells. The cottage is set over three floors and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which are a double with an en-suite and three twin rooms, one of which is on the second floor. There is also a first floor bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area which leads to a snug. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and barbecue. The Hop Kiln is a fantastic choice with a variety of attractions in the area. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Unfenced duck pond on-site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Access to the cottage is through the owner's farmyard.

Tenbury Wells is a charming, ancient market town situated on the banks of the River Teme in Herefordshire. Dating back to the Iron Age and said to have been called 'my little town in the orchard' by Queen Victoria, Tenbury Wells boasts a unique 18th century bridge built by Thomas Telford, the magnificent Pump Rooms, which housed baths where local mineral water was available, and many other listed buildings dating back to the 17th century.

"We all enjoyed the openness and feeling of community in the open planned lounge and kitchen diner. Ample of sleeping space for all of us. Real working farm with walks around."
