The Milking Parlour is a charming cottage situated in the village of Roche in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, made up of two super king-size doubles which are zip/link and can be twin on request and a double with a separate bathroom as well as a wet room. The cottage also contains a kitchen, sitting room and a conservatory with dining area. To the outside of the property is off road parking for two cars and a front decked garden with hot tub and furniture. The Milking Parlour is a lovely property making an ideal base for a great holiday at any time of the year.

The village of Roche offers a small selection of shops and pubs. The area is predominantly involved with agriculture and the countryside is lush, green and undulating. Perfectly placed for touring the whole of Cornwall and the north coast with its rocky coves, high cliffs and outstanding surfing beaches. The resort town of Newquay with the new Fistral Beach surf centre and the fishing village of Padstow with its narrow streets, quaint harbour and renowned restaurants should not be missed also.

Central location for easy access to the whole of Cornwall , we will certainly visit again !
