The Loft is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of Chilsworthy and close to Holsworthy in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio, a shared lawned area and shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. The Loft is close to many places of interest and is an ideal base for a couple. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own swimming pool/beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is available for browsing only, not suitable for downloading or streaming. Note: Sloping ceilings throughout. Note: There?s two steps down to the bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed via 14 internal steps.Note The pool whilst available is unheated between the dates 1st November - 15th March Please Note: Although this is a shared swimming pool, during the Covid 19 Pandemic only one family can use at one time.

Holsworthy is a market town situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country in Devon. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court, splendid park with bowling green, shops, pubs and cafes, as well as an 18-hole golf course just outside the town. Also in the area are fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and sandy beaches.

"Having just returned from a weeks stay at The Loft, I can honestly say that Chris and Teresa are the perfect hosts. We were made to feel instantly welcome upon arrival. The Loft was just what we wanted. The pool was fantastic for our children as was the lawned areas. Set in a peaceful setting we were no more than 20 minutes from the great beaches of Bude. Our hosts were always on hand to help out if needed but never intruded. Ample parking, immaculate bedding, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this Devonshire gem. "
