This end-terrace cottage is in the village of Combe Martin near to Ilfracombe and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburner.
Wringers Meadow is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Combe Martin just five miles from Ilfracombe in North Devon. The cottage can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite together with one double and one twin together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking and a private lawn with furniture. Wringers Meadow is a delightful cottage from which to explore the stunning scenery of this part of the country. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with basic Sky+ with movies, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in pub car park 50 yards away with paid-for permit. Private enclosed patio with lawn, decked areas and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 14 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being accessed by a narrow quite steep lane ,it is probably not suited to the elderly or those with mobility issues

At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well it's own Dinosaur Park!

"Just spent a week in Wringers Cottage which was gorgeous. Really warm and friendly cottage and caters for everything! Wonderful welcome pack when we arrived and Sian had decorated the downstairs as it was my mam and dads 50th wedding anniversary, they were really chuffed. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone. Close to lots of lovely beaches and small towns and plenty of lovely pubs close by."
