Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside is roadside parking and a private enclosed garden with furniture. 20 Glynffifon Street is a lovely property to use as a base for exploring this delightful part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Free roadside parking outside cottage and nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure bike storage. Private enclosed decked patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage is on a residential street and there may be some associated noise.

The fascinating old slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park. There is a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat.
Reviews
"Downstairs was reasonably tidy and comfortable with a good internet connection and the TV works fine although some instructions would have been helpful. There are some issues in the kitchen with a grubby tea towel and vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustbin in a corner which could have been left in the storage shed outside. Upstairs bedrooms had a pervasive smell which I can only put down to dogs - not just the rooms but the bedding as well. The sheets were unironed. The 'wardrobe' in the main bedroom contained the CH boiler, a large floor fan, dirty ironing board and iron. There was no other clothes storage in the room. Both bedrooms had no proper curtains just blinds that let the light in. There was no mirror installed in the bathroom so I was left juggling with a mirror in one soapy hand and razor in the other. And no, we don't want to be provided with a pot of old soap from previous residents. From a safety perspective a carbon monoxide detector in the bedroom would be reassuring, I didn't see one. Also, the noise from the boiler meant it had to be shut down overnight. All in all a rather unpleasant week."
